Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 2026. This is a starting-point set of terms — please have it reviewed by a solicitor before relying on it, and edit this page directly in wp-admin to make changes; whatever you type there will replace this default text automatically.

1. About us

This website is operated by VINCONY AI LTD ("Vincony", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales, of 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom.

2. Our services

Vincony provides WordPress repair, maintenance, migration, security, and development services as described on this website. Each job is scoped and quoted before work begins, either as a one-off ticket or as part of a monthly support plan.

3. Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking a service, unless otherwise stated on an invoice or quote. Monthly support plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.

4. Access to your site

You agree to provide the access credentials reasonably necessary for us to complete the agreed work (for example, WordPress admin, hosting panel, or FTP access), and confirm that you have the right to grant that access. We treat all credentials as confidential and use them only for the agreed work.

5. Your responsibilities

We strongly recommend keeping your own independent backups of your website and database at all times. While we take care with every job and typically take a backup before major changes, you remain responsible for maintaining your own backup strategy.

6. Liability

We are not liable for pre-existing issues on your site, bugs in third-party plugins or themes, or data loss arising from causes outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

7. Refunds

Our approach to refunds is set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Cancellations

One-off tickets can be cancelled any time before work begins for a full refund. Monthly support plans can be cancelled at any time and will not renew for the following billing period.

9. Intellectual property

Any custom code, designs, or configurations we build for you become yours once paid for in full. We retain the right to reuse general techniques, snippets, and know-how developed during the course of our work.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you engage our services is the version that applies.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected], or by post to VINCONY AI LTD, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom.
